Pastor Muhly shared this with his congregation, and I thought that I would pass it along."In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jeses concerning you." 1 Thessalonians 5:18.I am thankful for the husband who says it''s "breakfast for dinner tonight" because it means he is home taking care of the family.I am thankful for the children who are complaining about doing chores because it means they are home and not on the streets.I am thankful for the taxes I pay because it means I am employed.I am thankful for the mess to clean up after a party because it means I have been surrounded by friends.I am thankful for the clothes that fit too snugly because it means I have plenty to eat.I a thankful for all the complaining I hear about the government because it means we have freedom of speech.I am thankful for grass to cut and leaves to rake because it means I am surrounded by nature.I am thankful for the parking spot I finally find at the end of the lot because it means I am capable of walking and have the gift of transportation.I am thankful for the pile of laundry because it means I have clothes to wear.I am thankful for people who sing off-key because it means I can hear.I am thankful for a tired body and sore muscles because it means I have been capable of working hard.I am thankful for the drippy faucet, the windows that need to be washed and the gutters that need to be cleaned because it means I have a home.I am thankful for the alarm that goes off in the morning because it means I have a new day.

Beware of Terrorist Groups in Churches: Posted 11/9/2011 4:41:04 PM

This article was given to me by a local pastor. Read and enjoy!Latest news reports are that five terrorist cell groups have been operating in many of our churches. They have been identified as: Bin Sleepin, Bin Arguin, Bin Fightin, Bin Complainin, and Bin Missin.Their leader, Lucifer Bin Workin, trained these groups to destroy the Body of Christ. The plan is to come into the church disguised as Christians and to work within the church to discourage, disrupt, and destroy.However, there have been reports of a sixth group. A tiny cell known by the name Bin Lovin is actually the only effective counter terrorism force in the church. Unlike other terrorist cells, the Bin Lovin team does not blend in with whoever and whatever comes along. They don''t whisper in small groups. They don''t stop talking when the pastor walks by. Bin Lovin does whatever is needed to uplift and encourage. We have noticed that the Bin Lovin cell group has different characteristics than the others. They have Bin Watchin, Bin Waitin, Bin Prayin, and Bin Longin for Jesus Christ to return. NO CHURCH IS EXEMPT!(However, you can spot them if you bin lookin and bin goin.)
